PE Polyethylene
Soft, transparent, non-toxic; low-pressure polyethylene is rigid, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has good cushion insulating properties.
High pressure polyethylene:
film, hoses, plastic bottles.
Low-pressure polyethylene: chemical equipment, pipelines, gears and bearings with low load capacity, etc.
PP polypropylene
Strength, hardness and elasticity are higher than polyethylene, small woodiness, good heat resistance, excellent pad insulation performance and corrosion resistance.
Poor toughness, not wear-resistant, easy aging.                       
Flanges, gears, fungus fan impellers, painted public pipes, containers, medical equipment, etc.
PVC polyvinyl chloride
High strength and corrosion resistance. Its body length is high, the product is soft, and the electrical insulation is good.                                                                                                                                                                                                           
Conveyor pipes, centrifugal pumps, ventilators, cable cladding, insulation layers, oil seals.
ABS plastic
High strength, impact toughness, good wear resistance and heat resistance.
High chemical stability and insulating properties.
Good machinability, poor high/low temperature resistance. Flammable and opaque.
Gears, bearings, dashboard shells, pipes, cabin trim, window frames, sound insulation panels. Aviation and automobile parts.
NYLON Nylon/Polyamide(PA) PA-6 / PA-66
Excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength, good toughness, and resistance to repeated impact and vibration. Good abrasion resistance, low friction coefficient, good self-lubrication.
PA-6 has good mechanical strength, electrical properties, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, good toughness, and can absorb noise and vibration.
PA-66 is harder than PA-6 and is suitable for medium size gears.
Textiles, machine/motorcycle parts, electrical parts, medium-sized gears.
MC Nylon Steel
High torsion resistance, wear resistance, and lubricity. Stronger toughness and rigidity.
Silent gears, guide rails, guide plates, and wear plate parts.
PEEK Polyether Ether Ketone  
Heat resistance: PEEK is a high-temperature thermoplastic resin, melting point 334 ℃, the long-term use of 250 ℃.
Short-term operating temperature of 300 ℃.
Flexibility: Tops the list of high temperature resistant resins. Flame retardant: UL94V-0 grade self-ignition, low smoke emission.
Chemical resistance: only soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid.
Processability: Good flowability, easy for 2 times processing.   
Electronic parts, electrical parts
POM Polyoxymethylene
1、High mechanical strength, rigidity, environmental            resistance, and repetitive impact
2、Good dimensional stability, elasticity,
      self-lubrication and wear resistance
3、Good temperature resistance (-40℃~120℃), good        dielectric properties, good resistance to organic              solvents
4、Crystalline thermoplastic, with an obvious melting         point of 165~175℃, closest to metal in nature,               generally known as plastic steel
High performance engineering parts such as gears, fasteners, locking devices, mechanical parts, electric window parts.
