Teflon (PTFE) can be used to enhance the strength of processed products by adding different compound materials according to the requirements of the application environment. (e.g. acid and alkali resistance, mechanical properties, chemical properties, abrasion resistance, thermal conductivity, softness, shrinkage resistance, etc.)

Graphite

Improved cold resistance and cold flow, better initial wear, lower friction coefficient, and better thermal conductivity (better than bronze).
At high temperature, the expansion coefficient of PTFE can be reduced and the deformation rate can be lowered.
Suitable for bearing accessories.
Glass Fiber
15%、20%、25%
Improves PTFE wear resistance, improves friction coefficient, and extends service life.
When abrasion resistance and low gas permeability are particularly important, it is recommended to use 25% glass fiber composite.
Suitable for machine shaft, Gasket, Valve disk, Bushing. Valve disk, bushing.
Carbon
25%、30%
Improved abrasion resistance, compression strength, and cold and cold flow resistance.
Excellent resistance to cracking and abrasion in water under high temperature and high load. Excellent heat conductivity and drug resistance. Improved PTFE expansion coefficient.
High temperature bearings, braking pistons, seals, and Pneumatic equipment braking parts.
Bronze
5%、15%、30%、40%
High hardness, excellent compression and wear resistance.
Good heat conductivity, poor chemical resistance and chemical resistance.
Suitable for high stress operating parts, such as bridge support parts, bearing type parts.
TFM
PTFE compounded PFA
High strength, good abrasion resistance, more flexible.
Compared to PTFE welding, which can only be lap welded, TFM can be processed by fusion welding.
Suitable for high strength Teflon BELLOW, braking pump.
The fusion process ensures that the weld is not easy to peel off.
MoS2
5% 1. To enhance the electronic properties of Teflon, and effectively improve the hardness and lubricity to reduce friction.
In general, Teflon is added with other additives (usually glass fiber) to increase its wear resistance, tensile strength and elongation.
It is often used for parts that require good self-lubrication.
ETFE
100% 1. It has the best mechanical strength and radiation resistance among fluorine resins.
2. Same heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical. properties as other fluorine resins
3. Good impact resistance.
4. Excellent resistance to rupture under high pressure.
ETFE is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene. ETFE is a tough material with high impact resistance and mechanical properties at up to about 177C. Its chemical resistance, electrical properties and weatherability are close to those of a fully fluorinated polymer. Applications include pump parts, chemical processing equipment.
